Anthony Bourdain once said “ food, culture, people, and landscape are absolutely inseparable” All these elements he spoke of, woven together make for an intriguing environment, leaving people well fed, in curious company and good conversation. Much like ink and paint, food has always been a medium of artistic expression for me. Art after all should leave one curious and well nourished in soul and mind, it is no coincidence that a good meal will do the same.
